Buy.com has the OCZ Agility 3 Series AGT3-25SAT3-120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Disk for $70 - $20 rebate [Exp 9/8] = $50 with free shipping. Features sequential access read speeds of up to 525MB/s and write speeds of up to 500MB/s.
sold out, but the rebate works with the Agility 4 256GB to take it down to $150 at buy
I wouldn't consider the Agility 4 to be as nice as the 3 given the lack of write compression in conjunction with its asynchronous NAND (slow read speeds due to the latter aren't hidden so well because of the former). Of course, that's discounting any compatibility issues which is something that OCZ and SandForce seem to be notorious for concerning the 3.
I'd just be weary of the performance impact of crossing that ~120 GB mark and up. Anandtech has a review of this thing up from this week. Given that you can usually find the Vertex series for about the same, I'd wait for a deal on those if you're looking for a 256 GB variant.
Seems to be back in stock right now.
I don't know about this drive, but I get a Kingston HyperX 120 GB from Amazon, for $80 very happy with it. NO REBATE
I got the Hyperx 128 Gb as well for $90 after rebate (which arrived quickly). Working well in an Asus i7 laptop which came with a 5400 RPM HDD.
I had the 120GB version, never had an issue. I traded up for Plextor M5S for my desktop and Crucial M4 for my NB.
Definitely in stock, but I'm very hesitant about OCZ in general and the Agility line specifically.
