Not to be confused with the Agility EX series.
    MLC memory = short lifespan.

Ever worn one out from that "short lifespan" #1?

Doesn't seem to be much of an issue unless you fill the thing near capacity so the same empty cells are rewritten quite often. That's the key, if you have X dollars to spend you might as well get twice the size MLC based drive as you would with same budget for SLC, and always leave some slack space.

60 GB is about how big my Winsxs folder has grown to be. Do these SSD hd makers honestly think these paltry capacity drives can hang with Vista and Win7 ... ?

Clean out the junk, just because windows creates it doesn't mean you need to keep it all. Also, consider installing things that aren't as frail as windows itself to another drive, multi-drive access is faster and facilitates easier backups and restorations.

My Windows XP folder is only 2.4gb and I've been running the same Windows for 2 years. I use CCleaner like once a month when i remember to.

A clean install of Win7 is less than 10gb, which gives you plenty of space for temp folders and programs. Also Win7 is especially optimized for SSD drives to prevent the writing of unnecessary files.

In addition, you can also move the temp directories and certain things like page files to a different drive which will further prolong the SSD drive.
