Personally I would go with the OCZ 700W because this will not power any of my graphics cards Sad for a lower end system this will be great.

#1: this wouldn't power any of your graphics cards? This has enough power to run a core2quad system with a Radeon 4870 or GeForce GTX260(assuming 2 hard drives, 1 optical drive).

This power supply does have 460watts of 12v power, so it is set up pretty well for modern systems. This power supply is fine for running mid-range gaming systems, like the one I described above.

There is less than a 50-50 chance of ever seeing your rebate (which is a gift card, NOT real money). Just read the comments of the egg about OCZ rebates. You jump through hoops, THEN you don't get them. If you want this thing, just consider it to be $40 and be done with it.

50/50 chance eh... well in that case only 5 of my 10 submitted OCZ rebates of the past 12 months must have come back. No wait, they all did. Shhh, the vast majority of people posting something on a place like Newegg's comments section are the people who have had problems. A huge amount of people (including myself) with no problems at all have not posted a thing. You're more than likely to speak out when something is wrong rather than when something is right.

I agree with #4, I haven't had any problem with OCZ rebates either. Plus, they do have a support forum just in case there are any problems.

As with all rebates, be sure to follow the instructions and get it mailed out on time.

Right #4. I just read the reviews to see if any issues people have follow a pattern. In my experience all rebates are potentially a rip-off.
