Their rebate is reliable to me. I got every one I sent in.

This is another good deal on memory. OCZ is a good brand and newegg is always great. I hate rebates but newegg is pretty good about getting them back to you.

I've seen it as low as $35 AR at Fry's, but I'm not sold on OCZ because of the voltage requirements. Generates too much heat when I pump the extra power into it.

bought this last week through Fry's (where it came to $30 after rebate) -- installed without a hitch, no errors in testing... runs cool

when I say it runs cool, I should add that I'm underclocking it (I have it paired with two sticks of slower RAM and my DELL has a crappy-ass BIOS)

this same RAM has been on sale for $30 at Frys and ClubIT recently. So, if you got any two of these sales, then you have two matched pairs of RAM, that can probably run in dual channel mode. 4GB of PC2 6400 44415 RAM for $60 to $70, simply amazing.

$40 is a good price for CAS4 PC-6400. Just remember that OCZ is very picky about their MIRs. Make sure E V E R Y T H I N G in the MIR is 100% correct, filled in, and legible or you can kiss the MIR goodbye.
