this is great inexpensive cooler. Got my cpu temp down by more than 10 deg. Make sure you use arctic silver greese.

not sure about the rebate though.

this thing dropped my cpu/mobo temps ~5 deg. C.

on my asus m2n-e, i had to mount it blowing upward, which is ok for me b/c i have an antec p180, which has an exhaust fan right above the cpu.

verdict: good cooler, funny fit.
