This will fit in any 1996-2000 Honda Civic (except the dual-overhead cam 1.6 liter), but N2O injection is required to realize any horsepower boost.

How well do heat pipes like those on this CPU cooler do in a tower case? I'd think the liquid would all run down to the lowest point (away from the cpu).
