Why is that?
With GTX 670 as good on power even SLI these monster 1000W aren't going to be popular as the once where, sure there will still be OC'rs and multiple 3-4 cards set-up but the days of these being a consideration for most higher end mainstream builds is waning.
If I was investing in 3 high end video cards, I'd go ahead and spend the extra $100 for a deluxe PSU even if I didn't need all the watts.
