Looks like a rock bottom price for an 8mp camera, that isn't a cheesy brand like Polaroid, Kodak or GE.

Just ordered one. 3.5 stars at Amazon & listed for $199 there. You can return at Office Max stores if it turns out bad. Good deal.

#3, this model includes a microSD adapter. MicroSD is pretty cheap and very common.

    "microSD ADAPTER (MASD-1) INCLUDED.
This model camera is compatible with xD-Picture cards (not included). It also accepts microSD cards (not included) which are compatible with various consumer electronics products when using the included microSD adapter (MASD-1). "

And to answer your next question:

"The MASD-1 accepts microSD and microSDHC media, giving owners the option to record to those cards or to xD-Picture Card media, which is Olympus' preferred format."

Newegg has an 8Gig Kingston for $16. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134959

This is an excellent deal for anyone wanting to enter the digital camera world cheap.

The PANORAMA feature does not function with microSD and microSDHC media. Also, the art editing features of the xD Pack plug-in for OLYMPUS Master 2 do not support images recorded to microSD/SDHC cards. To use these features, use Olympus brand xD-Picture Cardâ„¢ media.
