Great deal on a great camera. Good image quality in a much wider variety of shooting conditions than a point-and-shoot, and significantly smaller and lighter than a traditional DSLR.
Great price on a great camera. I bought this for a 16 day national parks trip and it held its own against full size DSLRs. No optical view finder. Thats how they can make it so small and light. The plastic body does feel a little cheap but the weight savings is worth it.
Yea, but for a little more you could get a Sony NEX-3 with tilting screen, flash, and an actual APS-C DSLR-sized sensor.
