In for one - I've eyed the XZ-1 since it first came out in early 2011, and it's dropped to half its original MSRP. It's definitely an 'enthusiast compact', with a bright f/1.8 lens and a larger-than-typical sensor. Those both make this an excellent deal for a camera that does better in low light and can throw a background more out of focus than anything shy of a DSLR or a mirrorless camera (like the Sony NEX or Panasonic/Olympus Micro Four Thirds lines).
