I had one and it was a POS, I went with Garmin and have never been happier.
it's hackable
I have one that I have hacked and, in its post hack state, performs almost as well as a Magellan I also own. The only significant difference between my hacked Omnitech and my Magellan is the Magellan is better and faster at finding a signal. Even so, I prefer the hacked Omnitech. If you have the time and the inclination to hack this unit and don't mind shelling out $15 for a 4 mb non-HC sd card, this is a deal.
