I honestly found myself wondering for a moment if it would shock those it felt was overweight.

it's one of those electric shock games. i've used one before, not sure if same model, but it was accurate. body mass index can be calculated without this gadget.

Hey, maybe if they combined this with a Wii controller, the fatso's might actually lose some weight? Especially if we designed it so when they quit after 2.3 minutes of exercise, it really gives 'em a jolt of electricity until they start again!!

For people who don't need an accurate number, this works great for people who just want to mark where they are at. So long as everything has been input accurately, this will help to measure progress. all in all not bad for 20 bux

the key to these things is to keep a 3-day average or so. each reading includes a fair margin of error. for best results, you should take readings at about the same time each day and use them as a general indicator as to your bf%.

    basically, i agree w/#9....and #3

this is a great product. i have used this brand (omron) for 7 years now. i started out @ 12.4% body fat, now i am @ 16%. gotta lose some d@#m fat! great price too. always test in the morning after you have cleared yourself of liquids for best results.

ps- mirrors can be deceiving. this is better...stop the gain before you SEE it in the mirrior.
