If you don't mind reading the magazine a couple of months late they have PDF's of the complete editorial on their website. Wish more magazines did this.

This is a great magazine- honest reviews and enjoyable writing.
Definitely worth subscribing to support them.
(even the ~$12/year regular price is pretty decent)

Don't they make more money NOT sending these out to people? By my calculations they lose money on postage but i guess maybe advertisers pay PER subscriber?

Probably right #4, I recall when I used to get these they had some 20 page (exaggeration) ad for some hosting company. Used to annoy the heck out of me but it was obviously they made more from their advertiser dollars than from subscriptions.

Great link Toby! I didn't realize that they made their old issues freely available! Thanks!

    Following on Toby's thought...
If you follow the pattern for the names of the PDF files, you can also download "other monthly issues"...hint, hint.

Can't believe that someone hasn't figured that out or tried it yet!

Subscriptions aren't to make money; they're to reduce losses. Ads are where it's at.

Code works on the other mags, too. Like Soap Opera Weekly, for example.

Looks like you can get up through 02/10 from the archives per #1's link and #6's suggestion. That is only one month behind.

It's a good mag, for $5 worthy of support rather than just leaching.. I support them, at a discount.
