Newegg has the Onkyo HT-RC360 7.2-Channel Home Theater Receiver for $330 - $50 off with coupon code 24HRSALE530F [Exp 5/30] = $280 with free shipping. This 3D-ready receiver features 6 x HDMI 1.4 inputs with 3D and ARC, 4K video upscaling, and can output 125W to 7 channels.
I purchased this receiver last week, when NewEgg had it for the same price. Overall, I am happy with the unit.
Pros:
1. OSD works very well, and is easy to navigate, and change sound fields. 2. Decodes every type of audio format, including TrueHD and DTS MA. 3. Plenty of HDMI inputs, and both coax and optical inputs. 4. Audessey seems to work well, and I use it a lot to get better voice clarity while watching Dolby 5.1 cable shows.
Cons:
1. The entire suite of "NET" functions is poorly implemented. Pandora does not remember the last stream played, and has to be selected each time Pandora is started. 2. DLNA works but is not easy to use. Windows 7 "play to" works, but the amp must be put into DLNA mode first. 3. The web interface only allows you to control a couple of features on the amp. It would be great if it allowed you to change all settings like setup, sound fields, etc. I wanted to use the amp to stream music to, without having the TV on, but the TV must be on to see the OSD. I would like the OSD on the web interface as an option.
Thanks, very helpful! I have not been all that happy with my Onkyo amp. It is a lower (5.1) model. It makes a way too loud click when it powers up as well.

"and can output 125W to 7 channels."
That'll be a day.
