      A good little receiver for someone with a medium sized room or efficient speakers. Great sound and plenty of power for most situations. Really the only knock on this receiver is that there are no preamp out jacks to let you grow into a larger external amp. Still a good deal.

      Who has a pre-amp out at this price range. Certainly not Dennon, Yamaha or Marrantz.

      nice receiver.. I am thinking about getting one because my rxv-1400 has no HDMI... and an a medium sized apt now.. I don't need THX2 cert or anything..

      6ave was one of the few authorized online retailers of Pioneer Plasmas. What's your beef with them #4? Cuz they don't have a blue remote mascot?
