Been using my Ooma for about 6 months now. So far it has worked flawless and saved me a fair bit compared to what I was paying before with Comcast bundle. Savings have already paid for my hardware.
You can get Brand NEW for same price. Why buy refurbished. WOOT never have a good deal
I've been using it for more than 2 years, and experienced only a couple of outages - so it's very reliable.
