Seems a bit small to power a car. Perhaps it takes more than one?
This wouldn't even turn over my Vespa!
It would easily start any average sized 6 cylinder passenger car engine for a while, unless it was very cold weather. In good weather most vehicles don't actually need much more than one to two hundred amps, but at the same time it's generally a good idea to use the largest form factor battery that the vehicle can take since the larger size generally gives more CCA or deeper discharge capability for longer battery lifespan.
You need 12 batteries to run a golf cart? How many would it take of these?
