I had a Costco Kirkland battery that lasted me almost 120 months, any feedback on this one?

Optima are absolutely the best batteries you can buy. These are SEVERE Duty. They can be mounted in any direction, even upside down. They have a 20% reserve and I have never heard of anyone burning them down, and not providing start.
The Redtop marine are the same, but more of a deep cycle.
I once saw a Mustang Street Racer get rearended, and had a Yellow Top in the back. It crused the battery, and what looked like snot and sawdust was coming out of 4 of the round cells. The cop said, you can drive home if it will start.
    It did. I was amazed.

Personally, I'd rather have ragman as president than obama.

A smashed battery and it still starts a car. That's better then the Diehard starting a big rig in sub zero conditions. If I ever get a street racer, I'm getting an Optima...

So from a quick search it appears that these are replacements for Prius or other hybrids?

Appears to be specifically designed for 2004 or newer Prius and has no other known application (something else is probably more compatible for any other vehicle using standard battery group size and terminal type selection as specified for that vehicle).

    http://shop.optimabatteries.com/products/productdetail/Optima+Batteries+DS46B24R+YellowTop+Prius+Auxiliary+Battery/part_number=DS46B24R/173173619.0?pp=8&

Many vehicles can't even use Optimas without modifying their battery cables because the vehicle has threaded side terminal connectors instead of top post clamped connections.

Took me a solid 5 years of use to finally kill one of these batteries.
