Locking the zippers make it anti-theft? I'm sure a box cutter and a pair of scissors would get through the fabric.
I think they meant anti-theft (backpack)/laptop backpack. meaning if a thief sold you backpack with your laptop, they will have to destroy the bag and take the laptop hence, they wouldn't be able to sell/use the backpack anymore. =D
