TV ordered 23 May from Paul's, delivered 1 Jun. It appeared fine when we unpacked it at delivery, but when we turned it on, we discovered the screen is cracked. I tried to return it to their retail store on Saturday. NO CAN DO! I wanted to get a replacement from them, but they do not accept online purchase returns in the store. I sent a photo as requested on Saturday. Monday they said send more photos. Their e-mail server rejected the large photos, so I sent smaller versions. Latest from Paul's on my saga: "We are currently awaiting a copy of the proof of delivery from AIT Worldwide."
We ordered a replacement from Amazon. And today my wife reports that Amazon credited us for the price match against the Paul's price.
I had a similar issue with Paul's TV however I called Customer service the same day, and after sending them the pictures they asked me for, they sent me a replacement TV the very next day... I just received the replacement TV yesterday and it was pristine..... Happy Now... everything worked out perfectly.... ^ I would've waited till the issue with the Paul's order was resolved before purchasing somewhere else.
