Everyone is dumping these things this week. Typical price was $200 last week and now I'm seeing $128...
Retailers must be sitting on a bunch and they're getting nervous that they won't sell...
Decent player unlike the recent Samsung deal.
Despite the low price, there are too many reviewers mentioning this player randomly freezes during playback. Not to mention it lacks Netflix and Amazon VOD compatibility.
And the prices keep coming down... $99 for December
I just pulled the trigger, I have the older Panasonic DMP35k that I picked up last Black Friday for $150 and I bought it then because of price and it was a great buy.
It's been a rock solid performer. At these prices it's time for a second BD player for another room. I had been waiting again for Black Friday, but given BD price history this is a deal and I'll have the use of it now.
When are these players going to start adding divx capability?
Price has changed. Now they're selling for $142.06..
