Seems to be a new model with low-end motor and blades, like the ES-SA40-K, but adding the fairly useless head pivoting. The other main drawback is that it lacks the third blade that cuts some hard-to-get stray hairs. Foil shavers are bad enough at doing this even with the middle blade. Still, for the price, probably decent. I might get one if it had Panasonic's full-width trimmer instead of the narrow pobaconp jobber.
Bought one similar for my wife. She got about 1 year out of it.
