Watch out, they double billed my VISA card for one of these cameras. I sent them an email in the morning today but have not received a reply from them yet.Their web site reports that nothing has been ordered under my account after they billed me twice for the same item. I called the phone number on the credit charge statement (CHG-BENS OUTLET 800-419-0100) and the guy that answered stated that I had to contact them by email to get this straightened out . This Ben's Outlet web site is obviously screwed up and their customer service is severely lacking. Be careful.

I wonder what how long is "shortly" according to them?
OK, Bensoutlet are now officially flakes. Check out this message I got back from them:

I have check to see if we have charged you for an order that was not successfully placed and our system is showing that we have not charged you.
Please provide a picture of your most recent bank statement showing that the charges have went through and is no longer pending.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,

Bensoutlet.com charged my credit card twice for the same amount. I had already sent them a copy of the transaction information in my first message. I have contacted my bank to cancel the charges. Be careful dealing with this company...
I had to contact my bank and reverse the VISA charges. BensOutlet.com double billed me on my initial order and after I wrote them to complain, they claimed I didn't order anything from them even after I showed them the email receipt their system sent me. Took a couple of days to get the reply.
Their last email to me, with all the misspellings, claimed that their credit card system was down and that I would have to pay by Paypal if I wanted to order anything.

I hate that bitch Yuset. It's clear she's clueless and is the only person who ever responds to e-mails.

Total flakes...
Karma, it's not just a street in Missouri.
Be careful #5 or #3 will start sticking pins in a voodoo doll likeness of you...
