    A screen that size should be 1080 resolution. Don't cheap out. This is not $88. It's real money.

    wow, I don't know how much panasonics cost in this day and age, but this is pretty costly for a 720p imho.

    Doesn't seem to be a bad price to me. A 1080P version is over $1000. You can't discern the difference unless you are watching full HD content at less than 8 foot from the TV. So the only way it makes a difference is if you are in your tiny apartment with a 50" TV watching a Blu Ray (regular cable is only broadcast in 720P). If your living room is that small you should probably drop your screen size.
