I got this (model r103)
It ran slow - example ANY web page took about 1 minute to render
Choppy animation
Application loaded slow
So I rooted it which enabled a lot of apps but seemed to make it even slower. And wifi seemed to disconnect often.
So I went to Pandigitals site and got latest firmware and which appeared to install (Andy the Android showed up and the progress bar went up to 100%) but on restart - I got white screen of death
Unless you use this for a reader only, becareful on your expectations
