This is kinda curious. Pantech makes phones so it's not like this is some kind of Chinese knockoff really. This is probably decent.
Have it. Love it. I use it more than my 10.1 Thrive because it is lighter and faster. I bought it there months ago and it was a refurbished. A good deal. By the way, you can download the ICS (4.0) update from Pantech. Worked like a charm and now current. When you want to spree for a data plan, there is a slot for the SIM card so your not just limited to WiFi (N). Also front and rear cameras with video capture.
