    Yeah it's cute, but the concept of having a left, right and center channel speakers is to have speaking sounds come from the center and the music and effects to come from the sides. What's the purpose of this?

    #1 ...? climb out of your little box.
    #2 - the tec behind this is that with this single bar up front you only need to add a sub to complete the sound image field.
    #3&#4...well do a little reading and go listen to a set of Paradigms... try to play something other than a beavis & butthead or southpark episode...
    you might learn something.
    Yes they cost more...because they do more and more accurately reproduce the intended sound tracks.

    #5 is clearly trying to justify an unreasonable outlay. The stereo field for this puppy is going to be a very tight space. Unless it's a high-count system like Yamaha's Sound Projector series, it's just not going to create a good stereo field at a distance.

    That said, Paradigm stuff generally sounds pretty good. This product, sadly, just has to make compromises for its form factor.
