Ordered one of these a few months ago. I found that the sides are too soft and the whole thing just collapses in on itself if it's not stuffed full of items. This means it's hard to put things in when both of your hands are full of groceries which is when you want it the most.
Well maybe if you stopped treating it like a dog and ordering it around, maybe it wouldn't collapse on you...
