The $10 and $40 rebate both require original UPCs.
#1: this has happened before. All you do is call up ClubIT, and ask them how that is supposed to work. Last time this happened, ClubIT said that one of the rebate forms was incorrect, in that it was only supposed to require a copy of the UPC. They said that the rebate company was aware of this error, and should accept the copy of the UPC. They also said that if the rebate was refused or not sent out, ClubIT would pay you the rebate amount.
So, give them a call. It's toll free. This is an amazing deal on RAM, the best I've seen yet. This is good overclocking RAM with great timings and speed. I'll give them a call when I get a chance, and post what they say.
clubit page updated, says to submit the two patriot rebates in one envelope with one upc.
By far the best deal I've seen on RAM with this timing. I've used several patriot products and been happy with them.
This is the best price I have seen for CAS 4.12 DDR2-800 RAM out there. It is one not to be missed. This beats the pricing on the CAS 5.15 DDR2-800 RAM out there.

Check the CLUB IT wed site...The $10 and 40 rebate forms have been replaced by one(1) $50 rebate form....PATRIOT will only honor one form so be sure to send in only the $50 rebate form. PATRIOT will not honor the $10 rebate form and the $40 rebate form in the same envelope.

Wow, this is the best deal on DDR2 memory ever. $17.5 per 1GB stick is lower than any other deal and it is a good RAM to boot.
Glad I checked back to see the new $50 rebate, hope they don't screw the people who picked up the $10 and $40 rebates instead
