NewEgg.com has the Patriot 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 PC-6400 Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory for $103 - $35 rebate [Exp 2/18] + $5 shipping = $72 shipped. CAS Latency of 5, with timings of 5-5-5-12.

I've been pondering this vs. outpost/frys which still has these for $79 without a rebate. As much as I love newegg, a rebate's a rebate...

Or maybe I don't really need 8GB after all...

    Voltage: 2.0V

If this was a lower CAS latency.... then ok. But 2V at CL5... kinda sucky. Getting CL4 at 1.8V is hard to find. But CL5 at 1.8V is common, there's no reason a CL5 should have to be higher than 1.8V for rated timing.
