5 year warrenty is better than most, but what happened to all the lifetime warrenty on SD cards.. long gone?
You're right, but I've never heard of one failing. A microSD can survive huge mistreatment, and if one works for the first 10 cycles it'll probably work forever.
Except for the inconvenience of the rebate, this is a very nice deal.
My first portable storage was a 16 MEGAbyte thumb drive. $50.
it costs more to send it back then to replace it
