Mine works fine, but I'm still waiting for the rebate from last time.
Don't count on rebate from Patriot. They have a tactic to steal your rebate $. I will not buy anything from Patriot that has rebate. WHAT A CROOK!!!.
You must be doing something wrong. I've filed for about a half-dozen Patriot rebates in the past year or so, and I've had no problem with any of them. They usually get the rebate to me quite a bit sooner than the form promises, too.
