BuyDig.com has the Patriot Memory Ruggedized Extreme Performance Supersonic Boost XT 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive (PEF32GSBUSB) for $30 - $12 rebate [Exp 12/30] = $18 with free shipping. As you'd expect, it's shock resistant and water resistant. Newegg also has it for $18 shipped after $12 rebate [Exp 12/16].
"for $30 - $18 rebate [Exp 12/30] = $18 with free shipping. "
My math isn't very good, but $30 -$18 = $12.
Turns out the rebate is $12, not $18, so the $18 is correct.
Someone needs to learn how to read and do arithmetic.
Perhaps they had a typo instead of being unable to calculate simple math. Ben and crew may be dorks but they're not dummies...
No sales tax collected except in New Jersey...
Not fast. Read the 'egg reviews.

Speed is not the point... The key feature of this model is that it can be used as a pencil eraser too...
^^ Most of those reviewers are using non-standard methods of benchmarking then getting disappointed it doesn't live up to the hypothetical USB3 throughput or that of a USB3 HDD.
The point is, what else can you get for $18 /32GB that's faster on average? Someone copying a lot of tiny files won't notice the difference, but this has always been a weakness of USB throughput.
I have several Patriot flash drives and none has misbehaved so far. At this price, it is no brainer although to file for rebate is always an unpleasant experience.
Unlike the Red Patriot Express models, the XT models come with a five year warranty.

I have one and I like it. It's a little like the Corsair Voyager line. At this price, you can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty...
Well, dave, non-standard is not the same as invalid. Nonetheless, this IS a USB3 drive [allegedly] but is not as fast as many, or even most. My point was that if a member saw "USB3" and thought "fast", he was going to be disappointed. Nor am I dissing Patriot; I have quite a bit of their stuff and I've never had a problem with any of it.
Addressing your !/$ point, you can buy 32GB that's as fast for less. I have some of them, too, thanks to God and Ben's Bargains.
^ but without links to the deal, what are we to do?
I've bought a couple each of the PNY Attaché 32GB and 64GB (On sale now for $28 + free shipping) ... They're USB 2 .0 but they're cheap and seem to work good. The PNY Attaché line only comes with a one year warranty though.
They still have the 16GB model up for $6 in store pickup (limited # of stores have it in stock), limit one...

No point in linking to deals that expired last summer, is there? I guess you'll just have to watch the listings and check the reviews, just like I did.
