Tiger Direct has the Patriot PP120GS25SSDR Pyro 2.5" 120GB Solid State Drive for $155 - $40 rebate [Exp 2/29] + $2 shipping (Econoship) = $117 shipped. Features 550MB/s read speeds and 515MB/s write speeds, SATA III 6.0 Gb/s connection, and uses SandForce SF-2281 processor.
It just occured to me that, even more obviously than with the Hitachi tradition of calling their HDDs "Deskstar", this is a case where the naming of the product creates an unintended impression that is marketing poison. "Pyro" goes even better/worse for PSU, I guess, but still.
stay away from patriot SSDs, the are horrible. I've had my inferno brick itself for no reason and another patriot series unmount itself without bricking
keep dropping.
