This seems a bit pricey, only because you have to shell out so much and wait for the large rebate. I am personally passing on this.

Patriot has a bad reputation for honoring rebates.
Just say "no!" to rebates.
there was some ocz 1066 ram that was 54 AR. Rebates kinda sucks but think of it as savings. Get a surprised check in the mail.
it comes with usb flash and that benchmark, so no so bad
