Took them long enough but I received an email with the following link to download it, and in the email was what looks like a custom installation key.
Here's the link, though oddly it took THREE tries downloading before the whole file was received instead of it terminating early... must be a server problem on their end, whole file is ~291MB Pretty quick download tho', as fast as my ISP would let me have it.
The link should work but if you click the subscriber ID link in the email instead it appears to add you to their mailing list as well as taking you to the page with this link on it:

FYI, this product requires Windows Vista or newer.
I contacted their support to inform them that their server had a problem and they were incapable of understanding the situation despite clarifying it twice. Consider their support useless.
