    I think these perfect pull-up and push-up gadgets are a complete waste of money. However, I've tried them and they're surprisingly very comfortable and effective. Still a waste of money though...

    These better than the old fashioned pull up bar? These require more holes in the door frame.

    I have the iron gym.... after a couple of days of use, it is collecting dust under my bad. what will make this one different?

    Dunno about #9 but i still use iron gym and have done more and more pullups and chinups since i got it.

    yea iron gym is better than this cause you don't need to drill into the door frame.

    You'll soon need to mount it over your bed, so you can pull your fat ass out of bed (or bad, as you say).

    #1 the perfect push is fantastic, hardly a waste of money, though I hate doing them, I also prefer using handles for pushups.

    I vote for Iron gym as well.
