I think these perfect pull-up and push-up gadgets are a complete waste of money. However, I've tried them and they're surprisingly very comfortable and effective. Still a waste of money though...

I have the iron gym.... after a couple of days of use, it is collecting dust under my bad. what will make this one different?
Dunno about #9 but i still use iron gym and have done more and more pullups and chinups since i got it.

#1 the perfect push is fantastic, hardly a waste of money, though I hate doing them, I also prefer using handles for pushups.
