This is 18/0 steel (aka low quality). Ideally, you should try to buy 18/10 or 18/8 steel. It's more expensive but it is much tougher and more rust resistant.

Yeah, the reviews on Amazon didn't impress. 18/0 I guess is only good for induction cooking?
