although philips is known to make crap electronics, my cousin has 2 lcds that are still going strong, so i would say this isn't too bad a deal.

I just ordered the Toshiba Regza 40 incher at $610 (see other TV deals) to replace my Phu... Phu... Pharking Philips. I will never buy another Philips product again. Had trouble from the get-go and shockingly, their Jamaican customer service couldn't help. PLease Toshiba.. please be trouble free. I... I've been hurt before. In fact my backside STILL hurts from dealing with Philips.
