This is a great price for a 42" at 120hz. There really is a very noticeable difference in picture (motion) quality between the 60 and 120.
if you really want to see a "noticeable difference", go with one of the sammies.

I picked this model up from a local costco to replace a DOA toshiba. In the store It had a much better picture than the samsung & vizios. I mainly use it for 1080 xbox 360 gaming. The picture quality is a noticeable better than my roommates panasonic plasma. (both running 1080). For the money Ive been very pleased.
