Even for a Phillips, this seems like a nice deal. Tax will bring it up around $800 for most. Not anything amazing, but nice for 1080p 120hz and a 42" screen.
I would jump all over this if it were a Samsung.

if this was a samsung, it would be sold out before you could make that post. ^^
I'd jump on this if I could find one local to look at. Can't bring myself to buy a TV without seeing it in person first.
