These are pretty nice. They're built reasonably well. They play divx, regular dvd's and the ipod hookup is pretty sweet. They have a DVD drive, which gives it one up on most netbooks and they're great if you're going on vacation and you don't want to lug your laptop along with you.

Add in the fact it has a SD card slot and you have a rather large MP3 player plus it can Photo Frame as well. It is a good deal considering Photo Frames are pricey and you cant watch movies on them in a car.
