The quality of these headphones are so good that it exposes the poor sound quality of ipod/iphone. If you use ipod/iphone, I suggest buying something that cost $5 or less. You don't buy $5000 speakers for a $200 home theater system. You certainly don't want to buy a $17 headphone for a POS like ipod.
