    Good price break! This was $248 at their website a month ago, and brand new runs ~$500!! Add a little bit for a third party extended warranty, and you'll have a helluva gps unit! Smile

    # 2 - This is a GPS unit, not a headunit - why the heck should I care if there are no MOSFETS?

    # 3 & 4 - MOSFET is a part of electronic circuitry used to amplify signals/voltages - it is common in higher-end audio. A MOSFET equipped system will likely produce better/more consistent audio fidelity than compared to a non-MOSFET equipped system.

    MOSFET stands for metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor.
