349 @ newegg....they discount this to 299 fairly often....usually on Ben's....very nice receiver

Falcon, the one that Newegg is normally selling for $299 is VSX-1021. This is VSX-1121. It normally sells at Newegg for $499, sometime disounted to $449. (And Black Friday it was $399).
