I don't have the 903 plus version, and I listen to Sirius, and music on mine everyday. The plus version does have voice prompts, instead of beeps. I am not sure what the other differences are.
I have the Plantronics Voyager Pro, and Voyager Pro+. Only the Pro+ does the media playback.
