I had one of these. Too many complaints from folks on the receiving end of calls. I exchanged it for the Plantronics Voyager 520 and the sound quality on both ends is much better. Very happy with it. The "Discovery" line is Plantronics entry level bluetooth device. The Voyager also has up to 8 hours of talk time vs. the Discovery with only 3-1/2.
I bought 3 of these. Excellent headset but the vibrate scares me sometimes. Great value here.
To me it seems like "It has Digital Signal Processing to enhance sound" is like saying a car uses Internal Combustion Engine to enhance speed.
