Unsure how Plantronics quality scales but I Have one of their lower range sets and I'm on the third one this Within a month. I will not be purchasing any other bluetooth headsets from them, thank you.
#1 Sorry to hear your bad luck with this set. But I don't have any quality issue with them. I like it better than the other comparable brands. Oh the free Moto H500 is really suck, it like comparing the Lexus vs Chysler cars. Please note this item is an OEM so don't expect it wrapped in a nice retail box.
