Total Junk. Constantly loses it's connection to the phone.

This is one of the best headsets I've ever had, and an amazing bargain at $30. #1, contact Plantronics' tech support. There may be a problem with yours -- or possibly with your phone.

I have this and like it, but it's range does in fact suck.

#1, it seems like your phone is the junk. I've absolutely no problem with the connection issue. It's loud and clear and I can walk away with obstacles for 20 feet.

People who get weak range is due to their cell phone's Bluetooth transmitter. My iPhone 3G, 3GS both have very wide range of Bluetooth transmission. When the range is compared to other phones such as Nokia N95, the range is a lot shorter.

Sound for music is just so so. Great for phone calls, loud, clear, stays connected, easy setup, has good distance.

Not good for active folks who wants to use this for exercising activities. It makes this rubbing noise as you are jogging, very annoying.

bought this a few weeks ago - very satisfied with voice quality during convos, but music playback quality is spotty. overall, still a decent buy

Bought it last week. Hearing is bad, my unit has the problem with volume. Too loud sometime and not clear sometime. Other end very that the voice quality is better than my voyager 520 unit. I am returning it.

sounds like there are some quality issue here. 1/2 of the owners said it sucks and the other half loves it. i guess buy it on your own risk and take your chance, 50/50.
