well actually my goal was to do gaming. so if it cannot sport new games than i guess its not worth buying atleast for me.
i think i should wait for 4770 to come out. any idea can my psu take that card ?
Please go research this yourself. Its your best bet in getting the right card for you. It will be hard for you to get valid advice here. We have a few thread hijacking tiny trolls here, you will easily spot them. You can trust DaveC and he will answer your questions without the fanboy banter.
#22 well said! They are not even worth replying too.
wish i had a pc for this card

I'd say the 4770 is your best bet. This 9500GT isn't a gaming card, the 4770 is far faster.
The Antec Basiq power supply that you have isn't bad. It's a solid budget power supply that can put out the power that it's rated for.
It's not strong enough to comfortably handle, say, a Radeon 4850, but a Radeon 4770 should give you almost the same performance, at a much lower power draw.
What are the specs of your computer? Like, what CPU, how many optical drives and hard drives, etc...
I can't do a full wattage analysis until I know a bit more about your computer.
At first glance, though, you shouldn't have a problem running a 4770.
